A life long builder of businesses and teams, Deanna’s executive background includes senior leadership in healthcare operations, education, and human resources. She previously served as Vice President of Operations for a healthcare debt-purchasing company and as HR Director for a McKinney-based hospital, where she oversaw staff development and clinical education programs. She has also taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Collin College, where she led Career Options in Healthcare—guiding students toward meaningful, sustainable career paths in health and wellness. 

 

Deanna is also the author of Glow Alone — a candid and empowering book about the business side of aesthetics. In it, she teaches professionals how to think beyond individual treatments and instead stack modalities to maximize both client results and long-term profitability. The book reflects her real-world experience building multiple brands from the ground up and her passion for showing others how to thrive independently without sacrificing integrity or creativity. “I created the Sage ecosystem to help estheticians and MedSpa professionals build the kind of structure, confidence, and clarity I once wished I had.
